Returns-PLEASE READ Carefully!

We will replace your products if proven (with photos) that they have been broken/damaged upon delivery. Hair Growth varies with each individual; however, if hair has not grown at least an inch within 60 days of consistent use, It is very possible that you may have permanent hair loss; therefore, We strongly advise that you consult with a dermatologist or physician. The use of Beautifull Gro products should be used in accordance with directions, although not advised, if used with other hair care/growth brands (except for shampoo or conditioners), it is solely the responsibility of the consumer to be accountable for his/her actions and not that of Beautifull Gro . If hair damage occurs while using ONLY Beautifull Gro hair care products, Please send photos to: info@beautifullgro.com or through the contact form. Also, please contact the owner at : 404-333-8201 prior to sending photos of your 30 days of hair growth journey.  If your product (s) are damaged upon delivery (Photos are required), or Beautifull Gro has made a mistake on your order (Including incorrect shipping address and missing product s), Please contact us immediately, and we will Re-ship your products free of charge. If the customer has entered incorrect shipping information or Information from address is Missing, and products have been returned to sender/Beautifull Gro, customer will be responsible for the Re-ship fee once items have been returned to sender and will be contacted once package has arrived, so Please be sure to enter shipping information correctly to avoid Re-ship charge. 

***All hair accessories are shipped and delivered separately from hair products and shipped  by a different merchant/ carrier. Shipping days and times will vary

Missing Packages

​

Once delivery is confirmed for your package, we will not issue a refund, and will not send out an additional package if the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier (USPS). Once Beautifull Gro has shipped the products, and has provided a tracking number, it is recommended that you contact USPS for further information regarding your package. Please contact and check for missing package (s) with the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier (USPS) prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your USPS claim number upon contacting us. 

 

Missing Items from Delivery

If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days from date of delivery. We will not be able to accommodate you if we are not contacted within this time frame. Photos of package will be required.

 

Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours and shipped via First Class, Priority or Priority Express USPS (United States Postal Services). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. Your package should arrive within 3-7business days (Standard shipping Due to COVID-19 shipping delays) after processing has been completed.  Please be  advised that if you enter the wrong shipping information (i.e. missing apt. number, incorrect address, etc,), and it is returned to the sender (Beautifull Gro), you will be responsible for the payment for your products to be returned/shipped back to you.

We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address on missing apt or suite numbers.

Your package should arrive within 10-30 business days after processing has been completed. Occasionally package delivery can be longer due to customs.

We understand that individual's hair growth results may vary; therefore, we want to ensure a fair amount of time for hair growth.  Beautifull Gro will offer a 100% 60 day double your money back guarantee on any of our products that do not grow your hair at least 1 inch within 60 days.  If you are concerned that you have dead or damaged follicles where your hair is unable to grow back; We strongly recommend that you confirm with a hair specialist or physician before purchasing these products or any hair growth products since no hair growth product will work on permanent balding/hair loss. Again, Results on individuals may vary. Please consult with your physician if you have been experiencing hair loss/balding issues for several years, since there may be other underlying issues in which the area has to either be treated or otherwise cannot be treated. Please conduct a hair scalp/strand test to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the product label. If you experience any scalp irritation, redness, burning, please consult with a doctor. Performing a patch test is the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of Beautifull Gro. Beautifull Gro will not be responsible for any allergic reactions to ingredients or extended hair loss due to the mixing of other hair care products. These products are not intended for oral use. Hair growth products should only be used on the scalp and hair, while the skincare products should be used on the face only. Beard growth oils can be used on either the hair on the face or on the scalp/hair. Due to the strong scent of the menthol in the peppermint oil, Please do not use the stimulating hair growth oil on children under the age of 5.

***During the warm/hot seasons, Beautifull Gro hair growth cremes may be subject to melting during shipping. Upon delivery, please do not open, and sit in the refrigerator in order for the creme to re-solidify. Thank You
