Place oil on scalp with dropper and massage into hair. Place creme onto scalp and massage into hair. hair can be parted into sections or directly onto scalp before, after and in between shampoos. Use at least 3-5 days a week or can be used daily. Oil and creme can be alternated, and does not have to be use on the same day. For best results for hair growth, please use as directed. Recommendations: Do not combine with other hair growth and creme products.
