The use of hair growth oil has been a trending topic and has been in high demand for several years. There are tons of hair growth companies out there, making it a difficult decision for many individuals to choose the best one for their hair. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the various growth oils on the market except for the types of ingredients being used. Popular natural ingredients such as Jamaican black castor oil, peppermint oil, and rosemary oil seem to be hitting the bald spots pretty good-causing an extreme amount of growth for those who may be suffering from hair loss. There are other natural ingredients that you may find in hair oils such as tea tree oil, cedarwood oil, coconut oil, black seed oil, and others that can work just as well. The question is: What hair oil is right for you? Unfortunately, many women who are suffering from hair loss find that some of these hair oils are just no good for them, and that instead of growing their hair, it does the complete opposite. This may be because some of these "natural hair care companies" can be deceitful in adding chemicals to their products to enhance the hair growth process. For some, this can be a huge problem, but when these companies are all about making a "dollar" and care "less" about how their products can affect your hair, it's unfair to those who lose their hard earned money, and really desire to get their hair back.
Tip #1: When researching hair oils be sure that the ingredients are Organic or All Natural. If the ingredients are not in plain texts where you're able to understand, and instead in the "scientific" foreign text form, google it. For example: A business may put on the label: Cocos Nucifera instead of Coconut oil or Melaleuca Alternifolia a.k.a "tea tree oil". Not sure why companies don't put their ingredients in plain text so that people can make a quick decision on whether or not he/she wants to purchase the hair oil, but to each its own. Nowadays, people go off of the hype of who the owner is and how many bottles of hair oil they have sold, but that doesn't mean that their oil works for everyone-Including YOU.
Tip #2: Do Not purchase products before reading the ingredients on the label. Why? Because you may be allergic to an ingredient-which may cause severe allergic reactions that can cause permanent damage to your health, hair or even death.
Tip #3: Read the directions for use of the hair oil. This is important since you do not want to overuse the product and oversaturate your hair/scalp when it isn't needed. If you have 4C hair, you find yourself using the hair oil more often than others since 4C hair requires more maintenance and moisture. On the other hand, 3A-3B hair may require less moisture on the hair and scalp and can be used 3 times a week as opposed to 5 days a week for 4C hair.
Tip #4: Stick to hair oils that contain Natural ingredients. Hair oils that contain chemicals are harsh on the hair and scalp and can cause damage to the hair follicles over time. Yes, hair oils that contain chemicals can help grow your hair, but once you stop using the hair oil, your hair will begin to shed and fall out. This process occurs because your hair has become chemically dependent on the product; therefore it is the same as a drug-your hair goes through a withdrawal and eventually dies once you stop using it. Nobody wants to go through that. It's a waste of time and money. Hair oils that are chemically induced are less expensive than Natural oils because anything that is organic or natural are no doubt more expensive. Think about it, if you want organic fruits and vegetables, aren't you going to pay more for it? Isn't it more healthier? The answer is "Yes".
